The Birth of St Kilda Beach’s own function centre

Encore St Kilda Beach is Melbourne’s newest function and event centre. Located within the iconic St Kilda Sea Baths, Encore is positioned on St Kilda Beach foreshore.

Its birth is the brainchild of the Doolan family who own one of Melbourne’s favourite hot spots, Republica. The Doolan’s have had a string of successful hospitality businesses across multiple states.

St Kilda Sea Baths commited to state of the art

St Kilda Sea Baths has announced a major upgrade of their indoor Sea Water pool.

Operating since 1860, the venue back then was, like today a sea water pool, gymnasium and ‘refreshment’ rooms. It is Australia’s only indoor, heated and filtered sea water pool and is set to undergo a ‘state of the art’ upgrade that will keep it on the cutting edge of technology, cosmetic appeal and ‘thalassotherapy’*
