The City of Port Phillip are currently undertaking the St Kilda Pier landside works. The new St Kilda Sea Baths Car Park ENTRY & EXIT is completed.
St Kilda Sea Baths Car Park ENTRY is additionally available from the loop road (first entry travelling West next to South Beach Reserve), OR you can ENTER and EXIT directly into the Car Park from the new Jacka Boulevard lanes.
The old ENTRY or EXIT lane into the Car Park from Pier Road is permanently closed.
The St Kilda Pier Foreshore Upgrade works continue, but the new Car Park entry and exit is completed.

These works will be a fantastic addition to the new St Kilda Pier, and the entire precinct works will be completed by May 2026.
