  • create records of events and activities taking place on SSB Premises for reporting, archival and promotional purposes. These records may include images, film and/or sound recordings; and
  • use Security Closed Circuit Television cameras throughout SSB Premises, 24 hours every day.
  • Whenever you are on SSB Premises you need to:
  • comply with any rules or policies, established by the SSB;
  • conduct yourself in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the SSB, does not interfere with, disrupt or offend other persons on SSB Premises;
  • remove any backpacks and large bags, umbrellas, or any other item, as directed by the SSB;
  • wear footwear at all times which will protect you against injury;
  • at all times, supervise any children (including school students) for whom you are responsible and ensure that they do not breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Public Entry; and
  • comply with any reasonable request, including signage, by SSB in relation to your entry or continued presence on SSB Premises.
  • You indemnify the SSB in respect of all claims made in connection with your attendance at SSB Premises, except where such claim arises as a result of a negligent or wilful act, omission or otherwise, or an act or omission that is intended to cause damage or loss, by the SSB.
To the full extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the SSB from all claims and demands on the SSB and any loss or damage whatsoever and whenever caused, arising from your attendance at SSB Premises.
If any of these Terms and Conditions of Public Entry are illegal or unenforceable, the offending part is to be disregarded and does not affect the remaining part.
In these Terms and Conditions of Public Entry, the phrase ‘SSB Premises’ includes the Car Park, Common areas, external areas, leased areas, storage areas and rooftop at 10-18 Jacka Boulevard, St Kilda and any other premises or areas managed or controlled by the SSB and at which these Terms and Conditions are displayed.
